The terms under which the record is produced.

AUTONOMIQ provides asset discovery and reconciliation, custody tracking, data sanitization scheduling, certificate issuance and coordination of downstream disposition. Physical collection, sanitization labour and recycling are performed by AUTONOMIQ or by vetted processors engaged on your behalf and named in your order.

You are responsible for the accuracy of user and role assignments in your tenancy and for revoking access when personnel change. Credentials must not be shared. Enterprise tenancies may enforce SSO and SCIM deprovisioning.

• Provide accurate asset registers and read access to the systems you connect.
• Remove assets from production and back up anything you intend to keep before sanitization is scheduled.
• Confirm that no legal hold applies to media submitted for sanitization.
• Nominate custodians authorised to sign transfer events.

Sanitization is intentionally irreversible. Once a Purge or Destroy job is confirmed and executed, data on that media cannot be recovered by AUTONOMIQ or by anyone else. A job may be cancelled at any point before execution; after execution the certificate is the only artifact that remains.

Certificates of erasure record the method applied, verification result, operator, timestamps and a hash of the record. They document what was performed. They are evidence for an auditor, not a warranty that your wider programme satisfies a particular regulation.

Subscription fees are billed annually in advance per the tier selected. Collection, logistics and destruction are billed at cost with the settlement statement attached. Resale recovery is credited against your account within 30 days of settlement. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Subscriptions run for twelve months and renew unless cancelled 30 days before the renewal date. Either party may terminate for material breach that remains uncured for 30 days. On termination you may export all custody records and certificates for 90 days, after which the tenancy is deleted.

To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, and each party's aggregate liability is capped at the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or anything that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state unless your signed agreement states otherwise.
